Embark on a musical journey of discovery with the Fairfax Symphony’s Overture to Orchestra quintets. This free outdoor concert series held one Wednesday a month from 10:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. takes place in the field near the Visitor Center. Bring a blanket or folding chair. The concert will be moved inside in case of inclement weather. For more information call 703-437-9101.

FOOD, DRINKS: Visitors may also wish to stop by the Farmer’s Market for farm-fresh fruits and vegetables before or after each show. The market is open from 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

PETS: All dogs and pets must be leashed and under control of the owner while on park property.
